Easy access other part of Pune by public transportation including buses and autos. Proximity to educational Institute like SP College and Pune University. Narrow roads lead traffic congestion. Limited parking space and inadequate parking facilities. Occasional water shortage and power cuts during summers. Generally you feel crowds specially on public transport and markets . Few parks and gardens. High living cost and expensive food and transportations make ur pocket light . Area generally face flooding during heavy rainfall.read more
