The roads are well-maintained, with functioning streetlights and ample parking space. Maintenance charges are relatively low due to the fewer number of apartments. Water scarcity is non-existent, thanks to borewells and tanker availability, with reliable power backup. Waste segregation is diligently practiced, and daily cleaning ensures hygiene in floors and balconies.
