Good things here

Gorgeous newly constructed villa in the heart of Gandipet, in a gated community for sale. The villa was built with significant upgrades such as - high end Italian marble flooring, floor to ceiling windows/glass doors (12 ft high ceiling), with great views of lush green gardens and open spaces, with ample parking for residents and guests. The villa boasts of multiple balconies with a lot of indoor/outdoor spaces to entertain, couple of servant quarters, customised modern staircase with sky lights into the house, good size home theatre and customised modern exterior facade.read more

Things need improvement

not much to dislike about the society as it is very well managed and maintained. The community boasts of mostly professional working people from all walks of life.read more

The Northstar Hillside has a lot of open space, which I adore. All residents can use it as a place to unwind since it offers a quiet and tranquil ambiance. Water and power supplies each have their own backups for convenience.
