Good things here

Main thing is this is traffic free pure residential area. No high rise buildings. But main issue is the innumerable paying guest accommodations due to which roads are becoming congested. Parking of vehicles becomes a major problem. Many roads hv no foot paths. Another big issue is the road side unlicensed food joints. Connectivity to MG road : Basavangudi / kumara park / old airport road / Fraser town is not much. Now major work is being undertaken by beds in this area. It may take 3-4 months easily. After that if roads are done / foot paths are tuned up it shd look better. The property rates keep moving up and up month by month here Rental values are on high. Still in total it is good to live here. Center of the cityread more
