Located at a distance of 6 km from the Guindy Industrial Estate via Mount Road. This project is designed and constructed with good material and does not require much maintenance. The road condition is good with street lights and may install CCTV cameras. Even the railway station is very near to this place. A well-connected society means that you can quickly reach your office or market as everything is nearby.read more

The safety and security of the residents are also taken care well of there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral Basilica, and Guindy National Park are located 5 km from Alwarpet. All the basic amenities are not properly available nearby. Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards, which greatly reduces the fear of any kind of problem for the kids or women. There are still many more apartments there to be built. It is a nice project with a beautiful environment in society, but it is still under construction.read more
