Casa Grande Novus offers facilities such as Lift and other modern faciities. It also offers Car parking. Connectivity is too good as the nearest metro station is reachable within 10 minutes. The shopping mall, Bus stop, Bank, school, and college, are available within 2km. There are many more pros of these projects like there is a nice clubhouse, gym, and open area with ample parking space which is in abundance and the visitors find it convenient to park their vehicles. The best thing I like about this project is the lush greenery and well-maintained parks.read more

The size of the Apartment ranges in between 118.54 Sq. mt and 140.65 Sq. mt. Asphalt roads with street lights and well-developed parks are a few things which cannot be ignored. Casa Grande Novus in Kannammapet, Chennai South by Casagrand is a residential project. Thanks to the dedicated security guards who are always attentive and make sure that only known people are allowed inside. So, despite the reasonable flat prices, you get all the facilities which are difficult to find in other projects. The easy availability of autos, cabs, the bus is additionally good. Safety is at par. This is one of the best projects because of the nice neighborhood which is excellent. There are high-class people who live here.read more
