I really enjoy living in NDA Janta Flats because there's a big playground where kids can play freely, and the neighbors are really nice and welcoming. The fact that there are CCTV cameras for security makes me feel safer, and it's great that we celebrate festivals together as a community, which brings us closer together.read more

Things need improvement

I'm not too happy about the fact that there are no swimming pools or designated parking spots for cars in NDA Janta Flats. The construction work that's always happening can be really annoying, especially when they're working on the gas pipelines. It's also a big concern that some residents cause disturbances when they're drunk. On top of all that, the maintenance charges are really high, and it's a shame that there's no gym or club facilities available.read more
