Good things here

Spacious layout. 1800 sq ft (200gz) super builtup and 1313 sqft cover is huge. Good layout of flats. Well ventilated and lit. 24*7 security. Gated society. low maintenance even includes water and garbage collection and power backup of two lifts. all covered parkings. small RWA with quick decisions. educated and civilized neibourhood. Markets and small shops at walkable distance. few shops are just 30 meters from gate. Next to parks. enough parking space around the society because of parks. peaceful area.read more

Things need improvement

although the New Chandigarh roads are now Fully connected with 4 lane road but currently there are less people travelling to Chandigarh via new Chandigarh route and more via mohali route. But as the new Chandigarh is developing and more people are going to settle, the road via new Chandigarh would be used more and also the price of Sector 125 would further appritiaedread more

It's a very good peaceful place good and civilized area to live I love living here the only flaw is market and chandigarh is far away from here so this residential area excuses tranquility,creating q peaceful atmosphere for residents .the society's commitment to cleanliness is commendable,contributing to a pleasent living experice.however,the lack of convenient transportation poses challenge ,making comutting difficult to residentsread more
