Good things here
Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. People are friendly and diverse, representing various cultures within the society. We can celebrate every festival, including Holi and Gujarati festivals, grandly. Ganesh Navaratri can also be celebrated with pomp and fervor in the society. The cleanliness of the society, both inside and outside, is commendable.read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos isn't easily available in the society. If we book a cab, it's not readily accessible, which is inconvenient. The construction quality is poor; there are some issues like seepages in the bathrooms within the society. The swimming pool in the society is closed. There is no visitor parking area in the society, which can be problematic. Amenities like the gym are not well-maintained. Visitors should park outside the society gate as there is no designated visitor parking area inside.read more

Getting around is a breeze with cabs and auto-rickshaws readily available nearby, and you can easily book Ola and Uber too. The folks here are really friendly and sociable, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Water availability is excellent, round the clock, and there are backup power systems in case of outages. Garbage collection is efficient, happening daily at a set time. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The cleanliness of the society is impressive, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff. Overall, the atmosphere promotes a pleasant and environmentally friendly environment.read more

Keeping up with maintenance here can be costly, and the roads within our community aren't cleaned very well. There's not much greenery outside the neighborhood, and the buildings could be better built, with some small problems in certain spots.read more

Connectivity, such as access to cabs and autos, greatly enhances the livability of our community. Booking rides through Oland and Uber is seamless in this society. Water availability is excellent, especially when compared to other apartments. Power backup ensures uninterrupted availability in our society. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection and disposal systems in place. Ventilation within the flats is exceptional. Amenities like swimming pools are exclusive to this city. Facilities such as grocery shops and vegetable markets are conveniently located within walking distance from our society, making life very convenient. People here are not only friendly and cooperative but also highly respected within the community.read more

Good things here
You don't have to travel far to access the metro, buses, and auto rickshaws. Malls, clinics, hospitals, and schools are also in the vicinity. There are no parking problems in the community, and there are no stray dogs. All the facilities, including a clubhouse, gym, pool, garden and parks, are accessible, and the lifts function efficiently.read more
