Good things here
The location of the society is very good and has a good environment. Connectivity is easily available if we book Ola or Uber. Maintenance is somewhat reliable. Water facilities are good, and there is power backup available. Garbage collection is done daily. Construction quality is good; there are no issues of seepage. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation is available within a walkable distance, which is very convenient.read more

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are under construction when I'm there. Maintenance is sporadic in the society.read more

Good things here
No seepage, leakage, or cracks in the building . The society is well-connected with autos, cabs and public transport. Maintenance services are great with clean lifts, frequent cleaning and garbage collection.read more

There were some issues related to water and electricity supply. No amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park in the society. People are really friendly in the society but there is not much festival celebration.read more

Cabs are available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is also good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good, and security is very good in the society. There are CCTV cameras available in the society. Facilities like groceries and markets are available inside the society, but they are expensive. The roads are very good in the society. Cleaning of the society is very clean and hygienic.read more
