Khinvasara Nirvana City Part 1 Plot

Khinvasara Group, a reputed builder with 60 years of experience has launched its new residential project Nirvana City Part 1 Plot in Sulibhanjan, Aurangabad. The complex built on vast area of 3.93 acres, offers plots of varying sizes with built-up area of 411 to 7516 sq ft. Amenities available for the residents are landscaped gardens, open area for recreational activities, regular supply of water, well lit internal roads and footpaths. Water conservation, rain water harvesting, all work related to sewerage like sewerage chamber, sewerage lines, septic tank and STP are all handled in the complex. It is a RERA approved project. Housing will be completed by December 2023. Some units are available in the housing which can be bought from the developer.
