This society have no pawer backup facility and not a capable electrician who can resolve issue while any fault.read more

Exciting news! In just a month, our society will be adding new amenities like a swimming pool, play area, and gym. Plus, I'm happy to report that there haven't been any leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The residents here are friendly and cooperative, and we even have guidelines in place for those with pets. Garbage collection is done daily, keeping the society clean, and we have round-the-clock water supply. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and the lifts are cleaned and maintained daily. With good ventilation in the flats, it's a comfortable living environment overall.read more

Auto-rickshaws aren't readily available near the society; residents have to walk to the main road to catch one. Unfortunately, some flats are experiencing issues with leakage and seepage. Additionally, parking isn't allocated to specific residents, resulting in vehicles being parked anywhere without designated spots.read more

Local transportation is readily available, and essential items can be obtained conveniently. A robust security system is in place, featuring 24-hour guards and CCTV coverage across all areas. Festivals are celebrated extensively, fostering a friendly community atmosphere. Maintenance fees are fair, and continuous water and electricity services are provided around the clock.read more

Construction has been delayed as all the amenities are under construction and have been delayed for quite some time. Power backup facilities are not available in the society. There is allocated parking, but sufficient parking space is available in the society. The build quality is just average, and minor issues are present, but the management team takes care of them. Metro is not there near by the society and bus services are also not available.read more

Good things here
Autos, buses and rickshaws are available. Metro is also nearby. It comes inside the Gaur city, so there are 3 hospitals, one more is about to open up. Yatharth hospital is also close by. The society is very well connected. Water seepage, dampnees and logging are not an issue in the society. Actually half of the society is under construction. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are also celebrated. The best thing about the society is that it is very spacious.read more

Maintenance is ok. Some issues do keep arising but it's ok. Getting issues resolved is a task. It takes time to get it resolved. Power backup is not available for flats, it is only for lifts, parking area and common areas. Club house is under construction.read more

Good things here
Cabs had to be called within the society. Cleanliness was maintained well, and there were no issues with drainage or seepage. Garbage was picked up regularly from the society. The buildings were newly constructed. Initially, only basic amenities were available because the people who received possession first had not shifted yet. Mostly, retired officers from IT firms also lived there.read more

Public transportation is not readily available there; one often has to walk a considerable distance to reach the nearest junction where public transportation can be found. Parking used to be free before, but now it is paid. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were not operational 3 to 4 years ago.read more
