NBCC (India) Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified public sector company that is involved in construction business both domestic and overseas, across diverse fields like infrastructure, hospitals, institutions, offices, airports, industries, etc. Formerly known as National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited, it is a blue-chip Government of India Navratna Enterprise formed in 1960 under the Ministry of Urban Development.
The Real Estate segment of NBCC was established in 1988 and has executed landmark commercial projects as well as residential and redevelopment projects. The builder has led the construction of several Green Buildings. It developed the office of The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs at Manesar (Haryana) which received the prestigious Gold Rating under LEED India in 2012 from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).

Projects
NBCC (India) Limited had completed four residential projects. The projects include NBCC Vibgyor Towers at New Town in Kolkata, NBCC Green View at Sector 37D in Gurgaon, NBCC Valley View at Puthenkurish in Kochi and NBCC Heights at Sector 89 in Gurgaon. These projects offer contemporary apartments of 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK layouts sized between 1,000 sqft and 3,000 sqft. The properties are located at strategic areas with access to social and civic amenities.
