I have rented an apartment in Roshan One, and it is very affordable. I think it is appropriate for a bachelor like family but it can also accommodate small families comfortably. I am satisfied.

Roshan One offers excellent security features to the residents. It is a gated community with CCTV Camera Security. Furthermore, the locality is very safe and we can even go out late at night.

I think the society is clean and very well-maintained by the authorities. It has a dedicated landscape garden as well. The environment of the building and the locality is very nice with friendly neighbours.

The society is excellent and it also has a party lawn, which is used by the residents to host events such as birthday and anniversary parties. Furthermore, there is also a club house.
