all facilities and basic needs at a walking distance. 15 mins from the neighbouring Sanghvi and Aundh. the Pimpri market is also at a close distance. hospitals and healthcare centres are plenty good schools are available.

the area is near to schools and colleges and many retail outlets are there. there is no power cuts. night time is also safe. transportation is available round the clock and the area is well connected.
