These apartments are great. These are spacious and skilfully designed residencies in Nungambakkam. They are close to Chennai airport. It is only 19 km. You have to travel just 9 km to get to the Chennai central railway station.

I am an owner at Sterling apartment. I would say that overall, I like it better than other places I have lived before. Area is good with good schools. Traffic can be high but it works for me. Transportation is also good.

Connectivity is good in this place. Most vehicles are easily available. The area is safe for women at night. The apartment is cosy and spacious. Electricity service is good. Water service is better than normal than other areas,

I am a tenant in this area. I love the place, but it has certain drawbacks. There is need to pay attention to cleanliness. The street lights are not in very good condition. Some places are crowded, so, I do' get parking space most times.

I am a flat owner in this area and let me tell you, the real estate is good. The transport is very sustainable in this area. The area however is very expensive. One thing I dislike is that there is no speed limit for vehicles near schools here.
