All the modern but semi amenities like gym,kid play area,football court. play ground and garden are available in the society. Allocated parking is available for owners and tenants in the society. High security system as there are cctv in all the areas and 24/7 security staff available in the society. Boom barrier facilties are also available in the society. maintenanace is really good in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available.read more
There is no metro near by the society,there are 2 railway station that you can connect which is mansarovar and kharghar but the bus is available for only mansarovar station so you have catch auto to reach there as frequency of the buses is also limited. There are leakage and seepage issues in the society so the quality of the construction is below average. There was no swimming pool in the society.read more

Seepage issues have been minimized with recent waterproofing efforts, and the society offers adequate parking and well-maintained amenities such as gardens, gym, and clubhouse.read more
