Roads provide easy access to the project. The same element causes an issue due to heavy traffic during peak hours. Apart from that, the other amenities are fair, making it a desirable place to live.

Located in one of Mumbai's most affluent neighbourhoods The lifestyle in the Aarc Residence project is fantastic, with stores and hospitals within walking distance. There are no parking-related issues either.This is a lovely neighbourhood.

It is located on Veera Desal Road. It is close to the Azhad Nagar metro station and the Andheri station. This is a lovely location. There are several options for public transportation. There are bus and metro stations nearby. Inside the complex, Uber and other types of public transit have also grown commonplace.
