The connectivity is great with easy access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and public transport. The construction quality is also very good with no problems like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The neighbourhood is friendly, especially with the retired residents who are always around for a chat. Maintenance is average but manageable, with regular cleaning and garbage collection. Parking is currently not an issue since there are fewer people staying here.read more
There are a few areas that need improvement in the society. The maintenance is only average, which could be better, especially when it comes to cleaning and upkeep. There are no amenities available, which is disappointing. The neighbourhood, while friendly, has limited interaction with working residents who are out most of the day. Parking is not an issue now due to the low number of residents, but it could become a problem if more people move in. The society is nice but the amenities such as pool,clubs and even the lawns are not well maintained so there is definetly a room for improvement. The maintanence of lifts is also an area of improvement as it is definetly much needed along with better power backup options.read more
