Good things here

I enjoy living here due to the numerous positives. There is good connectivity with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, making daily life very convenient. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues related to seepage or termites. The ventilation is proper, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are well-followed. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is maintained. The electricity supply is reliable. Modern amenities like a garden and clubhouse are available, and we have very nice and friendly neighbors. We have been staying here for a long time, enjoying and supporting each other. Security is also robust with CCTV cameras and security guards available.read more

Things need improvement

There are some significant issues. Elevators are not available as it is a duplex house society. We have been facing borewell issues for the last six months, leading to water problems. The open garden and clubhouse are the only amenities, and the clubhouse is not maintained. There are no other amenities available, which is quite disappointing.read more
