Society is located just in the heart of the city. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Metro is just available outside the society. Roads are good and traffic jams are not there. There are no issues related to parking. Maintenance is superb and timely garbage collections are done. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Air Ventilation is perfect. Painting and water proofings are done on time. All kinds of festivals are celebrated in the society. facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available. Emergency exits and stairs are available. CCTV is avilable and functional. Security guards are available. Elevators are maintained properly.read more
For any issues inside the flats, such as a faulty switch or plumbing problem, residents need to call in a plumber or electrician themselves. However, if the problem is outside the flats, such as at the main entrance of the society or on the street outside, then the society's maintenance team takes care of it. Swimming pool is not available. There is no space to construct a swimming pool.read more
