This society is very well-connected, as within a 500-meter radius, there are international schools, a couple of hospitals, various markets, small shopping complexes, and accessible bus stops. The construction quality is also commendable, as all aspects such as painting, electrical systems, and other amenities were renovated last year. The maintenance of the society is also satisfactory due to the efficient association management, with charges set at Rs 1.75 per square foot, while water and electricity charges are separate. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool and gym are available.read more
