The society has excellent construction with no issues like seepage or termites, and it has proper ventilation. It provides great amenities such as a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and a well-maintained clubhouse. The location has good connectivity with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. There is a nearby market and designated parking for each resident. Electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, always willing to help. The elevators are well-maintained, and security is ensured with CCTV cameras and a security guard. Regular garbage collection is also taken care of.read more

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Spacious balcony is available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Halls and library are available. Garden is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available for all residents. Visitor's parking space is available. Highway connected society. No such major electricity issues is faced. Lifts are available and maintained properly. The society is peaceful and greeneries are maintained properly. Roads are maintained and no traffic issues are faced. Drainage system is good. Safe for kids and women at night.read more

There is also regular police patrolling during the day and night. Even the security guys do an excellent job. There are several schools, universities, and hospitals nearby which makes the living more comfortable and convenient for the kids as well as senior citizens.
