Good things here

Connectivity is easy and convenient from the society. If we book a cab, it arrives quickly and efficiently. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3000. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is efficient, and they will come every day within the society. Overall, maintenance team is very good & prompt, and people are very friendly in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance from the society. Hospitals are available within 2-3 kilometers from the society. Construction quality is very good, and there are no seasonal leaks or issues. Parking areas are available within the society, and there is also a visitors' parking area available.read more

Things need improvement

Maintaining the elevators is very bad in the society; the tower lift is always undergoing repairs, which is very inconvenient at times. There is also a traffic issue outside the society.read more

Good things here

We have a lot of greenery with many plants and trees. Location-wise, within 2 km, there are shopping malls, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. Street lights are present, and there is good parking space. Amenities include a gym and children's play area. Maintenance is well-managed with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, the lifts are well-functioning, and proper painting is done regularly. The people are friendly and cooperative.read more

The road conditions are horrible during the rainy season, and there are a lot of leakages on the walls in their society, causing significant inconvenience and requiring urgent attention for repairs.read more

Cleanliness is up to the mark. Autos are easily available, and buses are also accessible nearby. There are no traffic issues near the society. The residents are very good, and festivals are celebrated together. The lifts are maintained well in the society. Daily garbage collection is done, and water is available 24/7.read more

Since the society is 12-13 years old, there are significant issues with leakage, seepage, and cracks. The amenities in the society have also become outdated over time. During the rainy season, there is an issue of waterlogging on the roads near the society.read more
