The area is well worth the price. But not commuting is difficult. Going to Kadnagar from mohammadwadi costs 50 bucks by auto that is if it is available. Public transport is not easily accessible.

Mohammadwadi is located close to NiBm and Undri. It's a very good location with good road connectivity, good reputed schools , Reatils market and PMC water already inplace.
