Shree Ostwal Builders Ltd (SOBL) was established in 1989. The Chief Promoter of the Company is Shri Umraosingh Ostwal. The Board of Directors consists of Members of the Ostwal Family. SOBL was established with a capital of Rs 10 Lacs only; it has now increased several folds with the Registrar of Companies.
The Company has constructed over 500 Commercial and Residential Buildings, the company has also developed several multi-storeyed Towers and Townships along with several Standalone Buildings. There are several Redevelopment Projects from Borivali in Mumbai, Slum Rehabilitation Projects, and several Redevelopment Projects.
With an impressive portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties, SOBL has grown in leaps and bounds in a Short period, delivering high-worth, Income-yielding Properties to its Valued Customers and Investors alike.
