I have booked a flat with spacious interiors and a balcony in each bedroom. Each room has a bathroom with modern fixtures. Also, the location is great where the top companies are located. It is close to offices, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, schools and hospitals.

It is one project that will please nature lovers. A lot of greenery, a nice ambiance, a wide road inside, and an open space. You can use the swimming pool and gym while getting 100% power backup, a clubhouse, and more facility including ample parking. Facilities are good like Swimming Pool, Medical Centre, Visitors Parking, Terrace Garden, Pergola, Creche/Daycare, Grocery Shop, Wi-Fi Connectivity, and Shopping Centre and so on. These are all quite helpful. You can also find highways, hospitals, and schools nearby. The mobile tower network is good if you are working from home but construction noise will disturb you sometimes. The maintenance charge is high and overall service could be better.read more

Facilities are good like swimming pool, doctor on call, football, bar cum lounge, medical center, school, ATM, solar lighting, power backup, gymnasium, cafeteria, and so on. These are all quite helpful. You can also find highways, hospitals, and schools nearby. The clubhouse is huge, water recycling is there, and also an on-site nursery which is helpful for young parents. Overall area safety is decent but some waterlogging during monsoons. It is one of my concerns as I have toddler and a school going kid who faces real challenges while crossing the puddles to reach the bus stop.read more

It has offered a mixed aspect to buyers. This project is by the reputed developer and they have lived up to the reputation. Location is very good although if you are working from home like I am, then you will face issues with the mobile network. Connectivity is fluctuating. It’s a huge campus with lots of space and you may get lost initially! Electricity does come and go and public transport is hard to get since it is still a developing area. I hope maintenance will take care of these issues. But lots of natural beauty that you can admire. Maintenance has to be better though.read more
