Royal city Asangaon is the project which is spread in 65 Acres of land parcel. One of the landmark location is Asangaon the project has multiple amenities. The project has as many as 20 plus amenities . It is one of the most affordable housing project.

Good schools are available for studies in Shajapur. Good societies are available for living. There are many playgrounds for children. Shahjahanpur is a developed city. Good Transport System in Sarjapur. Markets available at walkable distance.

Schools colleges, transportation facility like roads railways & all type of markets. lacks some sanitation in shajapur. There is no proper road in the local area of Shajapur. There are lots of rough houses in Shajapur. And there is also some water problem
