The housing society boasts excellent connectivity with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and there's a nearby market for convenience. The construction quality is top-notch with no termite issues, good ventilation, and solid plaster and fittings. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are diligently followed. Garbage collection is efficient with proper segregation. There's round-the-clock electricity and water supply, and the neighborhood is friendly, celebrating festivals together. Elevators are well-maintained, and security is available.read more

Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities like a swimming pool, gym, garden, and play area, which limits recreational options. There are issues with seepage in some flats, which need attention. Maintenance of the society itself seems lacking, which affects overall upkeep and cleanliness.read more

Good things here

He society is situated in a prime location with hospitals, markets, and other amenities nearby, easily accessible via auto-rickshaws, e-rickshaws, and cabs since it's located on a main road. Cleaning and maintenance are done promptly. During festivals, there are social gatherings which enhance the community spirit. People are very helpful, fostering a sense of living like a family. The amenities include a gym with excellent equipment, which is quite beneficial. Overall, I am very satisfied with this apartment and would recommend it as a good place to live.read more

Occasionally, there are network issues, and there is no swimming pool, but that doesn't bother us as it's not a requirement for us. Overall, the society is good.read more
