GVK SKY CITY is a 5 star project in the heart of the city,a project of a well reputed, one of the top 10 builder of hyderabad the project is just beside raj bhavan on raj bhavan road, so there is no need to mention about the security not only in the society but in the vicinity. lot of hospitals, malls, food courts, residents , gardens, tankbund lake and what not within 10 min from the project metro station is also just 700 mtrs from the project the project has the biggest terrace in entire hyderabad, with 30000 sft of club house it makes a perfect property for anybody to stayread more

it might be a drawback for few that it is a socity for near about 98 residents, but its an advantage for majorityread more

24 hours water supply available. the roads and physical infrastructure is well maintained. hospitals ,schools and colleges are all available near the locality. traffic is well maintained by the traffic department. All types of transport is available.

this area boasts the resident of the Chief Minister and thus has excellent security and connectivity with other parts of the city. one of the prime localities of Hyderabad. clean and green locality well connected.

connectivity is top notch as the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is located just at a distance of 10 kms. there are markets and retail outlets all over the locality. restaurants and eating out is no problem.
