Proper ventilation and good plaster and fitting details add to the quality of living spaces. It's great to have amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained. Each resident having designated parking is convenient, and it's reassuring that rules are followed in the community. Reliable electricity and water supply are crucial, and the neighbours are friendly and cooperative, always willing to lend a hand. There are a few concerns that need attention. The kids' swing area is broken, and despite making a complaint, there hasn't been any action taken yet. There's also a mosquito problem in the society that needs addressing. During peak hours, especially from 8-11 am, there's a noticeable issue with Ola and cabs availability, with waiting times sometimes stretching to 20-30 minutes, which can be inconvenient.read more

The government bus comes three times a day, which is really convenient. The elevators are always working and well-maintained. There are CCTV cameras and security guards for safety. We have regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. The electricity and water supply are reliable 24/7. Each resident has designated parking, and the modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and supportive. The connectivity is excellent with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Plus, there are good roads, and a school, hospital, and market are nearby.read more
I wish there was more greenery around. There's a crack in the wall, and the plaster could be better. Two years ago, we had a flood which degraded the building quality. The initial construction by the builder was poor, but now we have a residents' association to address these issues.read more

Water facilities are very good in the apartment . Power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste regularly. Construction quality is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the units. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, kids' play area, community hall, and party hall, all available and well-maintained. Parking areas are spacious in the society, with visitor parking available. Hospital access within neighboring areas is convenient for the society's medical needs.read more
Connectivity is not as good if we book an apartment away from the main city, and cabs are not available. Maintenance expectations should be improved. There are some street dogs outside the society, which is very inconvenient.read more

Functional lifts and proper garbage collection facilities and no issues like leakage, seepage or cracks in my apartment . All amenities like swimming pool , gym ,clubhouse and park were available . Good water , electricity supply with good security facilities.read more
I lived there in the time of Covid19 so i can't say much about the connectivity as everything was shut down , same goes for festival celebration as it didn't happen due to Covid19 . There were no other issues that i faced , it was a pleasant stay .read more
