24 Hrs water, 400Mts away from Sainikpuri Saibaba Temple, Near to MMTS and 24x7 cabs available, Safe enviornment all are residential area, Wide roads 40 & 50Ft,Hospital,Schools & Malls are nearby and with good streetlights facility.read more

Good things here

This Apartment is located in a Fully Loaded Gated community with all the facilities provided inside. the Local Markets like, Weekly Vegetable markets, Super markets etc. are available very near to it. Just 2 to 3Km radius distance you can find, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Multispecialty hospitals, Supermarkets, Hotels, International Schools etc. There is hardly power cuts in this area. Cabs and other services are available at the door step. Roads are available at present, but in future it will expand on demand with floating of vehicles, as it is quite common in Hyderabad region.read more

Easily accessible transport and cab availability within my neighborhood. Yes we feel safe for me and my family in the night time within the locality. Very good quality of roads and very low traffic signals within the locality . No there's is no water shortage in water supplyread more
