Good things here

This area is one of the best area for living because the roads are wide and shopping malls, Gym, swimming pool, Grocery stores, restaurants, hotel, schools banks are within few km radius. The good hospitals are nearby at walkable distance. The buses are frequently available 10 to 15 minutes.read more

The area has very less space for parking. Additionally, the market is few minutes away. The streets are not proper because most of the garbage.read more

Nearby kesnand phata bus stop, care multispeciality hospital, imax multispeciality hospital, wagholi weekly bazar located here. Groceries stores and shopping malls available. Beer and wine shop available. Good road quality and market connectivity.read more

There is a need for good playgrounds and tennis courts in the area to promote outdoor activities and provide recreational spaces for residents. Additionally, the lack of sufficient parking spaces near market areas creates congestion and inconvenience for shoppers. I have to go to the highway to catch a bus, area ke andar ke roads par busses nahi aati. the main problem with our society is that its a bit old built now so we have raised the issue to the team for repainting of the society but no action is being taken on the same.read more

Auto and metro are easily available near the society. despite of all the construction issues of it being an old building i have never faced any issues related to water seepage and water leaking. i spend maximum of my time outside hte society so i also have a reliebility of always available shops in the society it self for my daily needs.read more
