Good things here

Cabs are easily available nearby. No leakage , seepage and cracks in the building. Good ventilation. Good parking and security facilities. Good water, electricity supply with proper garbage collection and functional lifts.read more

Things need improvement

I have to travel to get to the main road for public transport. No amenities ,like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park as it is a standalone building . No festival celebration.read more

The maintenance services within the society are remarkably reasonable, ensuring that all amenities are well-kept and functional. Furthermore, the flats are spacious, offering ample living space for residents. Cabs are readily available for booking within the vicinity, adding to the convenience of transportation options. Additionally, we have a reliable power backup system in place to mitigate any inconveniences during power outages.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the society is not good, with significant seepage issues observed in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, the amenities are lacking, with only 20 flats in the society. However, markets are conveniently located approximately 1 kilometer away from the society. The parking area is notably small, with limited space available for parking due to insufficient parking facilities.read more

The building has sewage related problems as the sewage treatment plant installed in the premises often fails to work.There are power cuts observed in the premises.There is heavy traffic in this area.
