The locality is well connected to the rest of the city with easy access to the major roads and highways. it has good connectivity to market and easy access to showrooms brands, hospitals and schools. almost all facilities are available in this place.read more

This apartment in perambur has very few 1BHK homes available, so dont lose this opportunity slip away.This 1BHK is ideal for family and is budget friendly. This East facing proprty comes with a convenient parking lot for bike and car. 24hrs water facility and separate EB card. PVR cinemas, Eswar Medical Foundation, Spectrum mall, Popular Restaurants( Anjappar, Dindigul Thalapakatti, Mani Dum briyani, Chai Kings etc) branches is closely accessible from property.read more
