Living in Darvesh Royale for quite some time, I realised the locality is very convenient as there are markets, schools, hospitals at a walking distance from the building. It adds to my convenience.

Having lived in Darvesh Royale for a few years now, I have never encountered any major issues such as frequent power cuts or shortage of water. The Bandra West Railway station is also nearby.

When I moved to Darvesh Royale in Bandra West, I was quite impressed to know that there are multiple options for public transport such as cabs and autos around the building. The roads are well-maintained.

There are few options for shopping malls and parks near the building. I think there should be more street lights near the building to ensure the safety of the locals. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied.

I believe Darvesh Royale is one of the best buildings in Bandra West. It offers a peaceful and clean environment to the residents. However, the lack of metro connectivity makes it difficult for the commuters.
