Good things here

See it is an affordable society hence expectations should be accordingly. It is in premium location on Golf course extension road. It shares boundary with Emaar digi homes society which is fully luxury. A fully furnished 2bhk on rent in Pivotal you will get in 35k to 40k whereas in other nearby society the rates are around 60k to 70k easily. The maintenance is average and there will be some light cuts in summers so ask for inverters from the owners. The society has good green area, kids area, temple and spacious flats. This is a new society and owners are supportive here to provide required facilities for the tenants. If you are looking for a normal society at low rent near golf course then Pivotal can be considered.read more

Beautiful building with outstanding maintenance and a management staff that takes into account all facilities for Pivotal Paradise residents' comfort It's difficult to locate a great family neighbourhood in this price range, but it does exist here owing to the kind neighbours.

In Pivotal Paradise, challenges like gridlock and blockages on the roads are common. While close by and convenient, the market periodically experiences issues with its water supply. Yet, the locals do have access to emergency electricity.
