Good things here

The maintenance in the society is very good. The water facility is excellent, and there is also power backup in the society. Garbage collection is also well-managed. The people in the society are very nice. Buses are available nearby, within walking distance, and the metro is around 1. 5 km away. Hospitals are also close, within a 1 km radius. Security is excellent, making the society very secure. The lifts are well-maintained. Amenities like the gym and party hall are available and well-maintained. The cleaning of the society is done very well, maintaining hygiene standards. There is a grocery shop within walking distance from the society, making it very convenient. The maintenance charges are reasonable in this society.read more

Things need improvement

In terms of connectivity, there are issues as cabs and autos are not easily available. Even if you book them, they often get canceled, and sometimes it takes around 30 minutes for a booked cab to arrive, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality in the society is not good, leading to several seepage issues. There is no swimming pool or clubhouse in the society. The greenery is also lacking. Pollution levels are high, and there is a lot of traffic near the society.read more

Bachelors were allowed in the society. Water was available 24/7, and pets were also allowed. The lifts were maintained, and cleanliness was up to the mark. Festivals were celebrated together. There was enough parking for everyone, and the residents were cooperative. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. There was no traffic issue near the society, and Ola and Uber were easily available from the society.read more

The roads outside the society were not well-maintained, and there was occasional waterlogging. Additionally, the society did not have a swimming pool.read more

Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like mini theatre, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.read more

Issues regarding lifts , maintenance issues , maintenance price is very high , leakage , seepage issue, leakage in parking space, lack of equipments in gym , no actions have been taken. No celebration of festivals allowed by the secretary in the society.read more
