It is situated in a green area and has 24 hour water and electricity supply. It is relatively close to three motorways, one of which being the Pallavaram Thoraipakkam 100' Bypass, which is only 200 metres away.

I appreciate living here since there are several reputable medical facilities nearby, including Arun Hospital, Dr. R. Karu Shanmuga Karthik's Bone Joint and Spine Clinic, and Kumaran Dental Centre. The amenities are also nicely maintained.
