It's the perfect area to live compairing the so called upper kharadi and manjri township area. In keshav nagar with upcoming kharadi keshavnagar bridge you can reach kharadi in minutes still you have quick access to magarpatta and kalyani nagar Or KP. keshavnagar is located in centre. Home buyers open your eyes and see the potential of this area. Does upper kharadi or manjri townaship have this advantage? At such a higer valuation than keshavnagar? Do not waste your hard earned money. Think and see the future of this area. The future is here.read more

The area is zenful and it has a river view and the sunset is blissful, Upcoming Ring road will be constructed soon, the Metro station will be in 1 km range, Railway station 2 Kms.read more

The concrete road is not yet built till the property. As this was added to the corporation the guntewari of the property is pending.read more

This locality is very good, there is also a watchman for safety at night.Rickshaw, cab, auto are easily available here, there is no problem of water shortage, street lights also remain lit here at night.Complete care is taken of cleanliness in this arearead more

cabs and auto are easily available and very good and width road and nearly too many facilities available and good living area and rooms , roads , and most importantly safety is fabulous really in night no need to scared and cleaning is too much goodread more
