The construction quality is commendable, as all the flats are well-designed with ample ventilation and no issues like seepages. Within a 2-kilometer radius of the community, residents have easy access to essential amenities such as schools, clinics, and markets. Sometimes the maintenance is not up to the mark because the management does not take care of the cleanliness and also sometimes forgot to collect garbage. The maintenance charges are also a bit expensive.read more
