Good things here
The society is located right on the road, so autos, buses, and markets are all nearby. All modern amenities are available. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. Water is available 24*7, and cleanliness is maintained in the society.read more
Things need improvement
The walking track in the society has deteriorated significantly because the society intended to build roads there but has not received government permission. There are some issues of leakage and seepage in the society as well.read more

The society was situated alongside the main road, with several malls within easy reach and convenient access to Ola and Uber services. Plus, having a nearby metro station ensured excellent connectivity for residents. Cleanliness was a top priority, thanks to a dedicated team that maintained it regularly. With 24-hour security guards and CCTV surveillance covering all areas, safety was enhanced. Continuous water and electricity supply were guaranteed round the clock. And the residents were renowned for their friendly and cooperative nature, which contributed to a pleasant living environment for everyone.read more

In my unit, we struggled with insufficient sunlight, which caused seepage issues and made the atmosphere musty. The society also lacked proper ventilation, making it feel stuffy at times. Not having lifts in the individual flats was a challenge, especially for residents with mobility issues. The presence of many stray dogs inside the society raised safety concerns, especially for unknown visitors. Furthermore, the lack of amenities was noticeable, with only one small park available in the society.read more

The society is well-connected with good roads, public transport options, metro access, and nearby shops, schools, and hospitals. It is very clean, and the gardening, waste disposal, and security are well managed. . The neighborhood is pleasant with friendly people, safe surroundings, lots of greenery, low noise levels, and nearby shopping and schools.read more

The construction quality is a bit compromised as there are cracks in the walls of the buildings . Amenities are also not sufficient as there are only basic parks in the society, there are no modern amenities like pools and gyms.read more
