Good things here

I'm quite content with my living situation. I don't use public transport much since I have my own vehicle, but from what I know, the connectivity around the society seems good. Everything I need, like markets, schools, and hospitals, is nearby, which is very convenient. The construction quality of the society is also excellent. I've never had any issues with ventilation or seepage in my flat. Plus, the society has great amenities like gardens, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained. What's even better is that the residents here are really nice and friendly, making it feel like a welcoming community.read more

The roads outside our society had recently been upgraded, which was a big improvement. Since our flats were newly constructed, we didn't have any issues with leaks or seepage. The apartments were well-ventilated, letting in plenty of sunlight. We never faced any water shortages, and cleanliness was always a priority. The lifts were kept in good working order, making it easy to get around. We were lucky to have respectful neighbors, and security measures were efficient, giving us peace of mind.read more
