There haven't been any issues like seepage or leakage observed in the flats, reflecting good construction quality. The lifts in the society are available and properly maintained. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are provided and well-maintained. The lift and CCTV cameras were well maintained, and garbage collection was always on time. Cleaning and hygiene were also well taken care of. Ventilation was good, and there were no issues like seepage or dampness. All festivals were celebrated, and it was a pet-friendly society. There was a small park nearby. The society was well connected to public transport, with autos and rickshaws easily available. The roads outside the society were of good quality, and there were no problems with water logging.read more

The metro station wasn't nearby; it was around 6 to 7 kilometers away. Since the society was close to the main road, there was a lot of traffic noise, which was a bit disturbing to me. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were not available in the society.read more
