Good things here

Residents are cooperative and decent. Maintenance charges in the society are relatively normal compared to other societies. Cleanliness is well-maintained. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There is good ventilation in the flat with sunlight coming in from all sides. Festivals are celebrated together. There have been no issues with water supply; it's available 24/7. There is sufficient greenery in the society.read more

Things need improvement

Near the society, there is a junction which causes traffic jams during peak hours. There are some construction-related issues in the society such as leakage and seepage. The roads outside the society are not well-maintained, and there is a slight issue of waterlogging.read more

Good things here

I used to stay there 2 years ago. The maintenance was good with no issues with the lift, cleaning, garbage collection, or general upkeep. The construction was solid, with no problems of seepage, leakage, cracks, ventilation, or termites. The amenities were excellent, with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse all in perfect condition. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe.read more

Things need improvement

The intercom was not connected properly, which was inconvenient. The cameras were present, but they did not work, affecting security. There were also connectivity issues with cabs, as we didn't get Ola or Uber during peak hours.read more

Maintainance of the lift is preety good. Cleaning of the society is very clean and hygiene. People are very friendly and very co-operative.read more

Parking area is not good in the society. Some times the security guard not working properly.
