Good things here

The locality is very safe and environment is also very clean and vibrant. there are many markets and transportation facility and available easily. Rents and flats prices are affordable compare to other locality. There are no water shortage problems and schools, hospitals are available nearby.read more

Due to high traffic jams in this locality there are also moderate pollution. parking is a concern in the apartments.read more

Cab facility are easily available. there are nearby hospital. Big schools for good education are accessible. this place is safe for children often police patrolling are there. which makes this place safe.read more

Markets, schools, hospitals, and banking are close by. The adjacent grocery stores and train station are both accessible on foot. Buses and rickshaws will arrive at regular intervals. Every day, police officers are on duty, and they patrol the neighbourhood at night to make sure all the streets are secure and to deal with thieves right away.

Chengalpattu (Chengalpet or Chengalpattu) is a South-Western suburb of Chennai that is witnessing rapid developments in terms of residential and commercial constructions. The State Highway 58 that runs across the locality effectively links the place with Sadras, Thirukazhukundram, Kanchipuram, Arakkonam and Thiruthani. The major Railway Station of the place is the Chengalpattu Junction that efficiently links the place with adjoining areas.
