The vicinity is teeming with markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, ensuring that residents have everything they need within easy reach. Moreover, hospitals and a metro station are conveniently located nearby, further enhancing accessibility. Parking is a non-issue, with ample allotted space for all residents. Timely garbage collection services contribute to the overall cleanliness of the society. Furthermore, residents enjoy peace of mind knowing that seepage and leakage issues are non-existent, thanks to the good construction quality of the buildings. The flats boast excellent ventilation, creating a comfortable living environment. One of the highlights of living here is the friendly and cooperative community atmosphere. Location is a bit far off and initially roads were not proper and even street lighting was missing Maintenance cost is very very high_ It's more than most societies at INR 4,5 per square feet of super built up area, ie almost 10,000 Inr per month for a 3BHK Initially, there were hundred of flower pots and plantations all across Aria , now mostly there are leaves and not flowersread more
