There are lot of schools & hospitals located nearby our plot. Also you can see huge number of multi storeyed apartments are sprouting up which means that area will develop very fastly.read more

Road size could have been better. Property is located just 100meters from Mudichur Main Road and there are lot of developments happening in adjacent areas such as New Mofussil Bus Stand and easy access to National Highways etcread more

Mudichur has a large number of showrooms. There are numerous factories and industries. Excellent Neighbours. There are hospitals within 5 kilometers. There is no scarcity of water. The current cut is unusual for a reason.

A nice location surrounded by trees. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. It is similar to a semi-urban area. There are many companies and industries, and the Mudichur Paper Company bus stop is one of the most convenient stops.
