Less Traffic, Car parking was completely dry even during the 2023 Chennai Floods, Quality of Roads are normal as you find in Chennai. Rare Power Cuts since 2022. Proximity to both the Metro Stations Villivakkam & Srinivasa Nagar is just 5 mins by Two Wheeler. Schools and Hospital are just 3 mins away.read more

The most liked thing is the continuous water supply to each and every home. We never run out of water. Best public transport facility is available. Schools and colleges of this place are having the best reputation. Market is also located at a small distance.read more
