The locality has a rich history of an appreciated by those interested in local culture and heritage. public transport is easily available and good number of schools and colleges are available nearby. high class hospitals and restaurants are available within few kilometre. no water shortage and power cut issues.read more

The many parks and gardens provides peaceful escape from city life. Sholinganallur has become a prime residential area inm South Chennai due to the constant demand for housing from the IT hubs in the area. Road ocnnectivity is good and the airport is close by. The east coast road nearby is an attraction for residents.
